General Information
St. George public school which was established in the year 1994 is a co-educational English Medium School under Corporate Management of Catholicate and MD schools. H. G. Mathews Mar Thevodosious, the metropolitan of Idukki Diocese, is the Present Manager of the school.
Academic Features
The school aims at Value bases education with special emphasis on personality development, character formation and academic excellence. The medium of instruction is English. Hindi and Malayalam are taught as Second and Third languages. the school gives individual attention and provides opportunities for ample interaction between teachers and students.
The activities and performance if a student is evaluated systamatically and regularly. His/Her power of assimilation is assessed through short tests and unit tests in addition to terminal and annual examinations. Report card will be sent to parents after each examinations. Remedial classes are specially conducted for weak students.
